The Design/Build concept is a well established, turnkey method of building that offers many advantages to our clients.  It’s a simple concept.  The general contractor handles both design and construction.  This overlap of the two functions speeds up the entire process and permits immediate feedback to designers.  This feedback improves cost control, allowing changes in materials or design, when needed, for budget considerations. 

We are involved with site evaluation, architectural and landscape design, and all cost considerations long before permits are issued.  Unlike traditional building, it allows for changes to be made more efficiently once building has begun.
